Sales Manager (SM)

Requirements :
* Minimum 5 years experience in technical equipments or automotive business
* Male / Female, max 40 years old, D3 or S1 Degree in any field
* Having experience in Automotive Industry (4 wheels or 2 wheels), especially in TIRE SERVICE INDUSTRY

* Dynamic and charismatic leader with a proven track record in brand building for international brands
* A strong communicator and collaborator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
* A strategic minded leader with strong acumen for innovation and cost efficiency
* Ability to take responsibility and respond confidently to various situations
* Computer literate, excellent command in MS Office
* Passion for achieving business goals and meeting customer expectation
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Able to work within time constraint
* A strong customer services focus along with a strong work ethics
* Strong coordination capability in a cross department and functional teams
* Responsible to deadline, able to work under pressure, self motivated
